Katia is a lovely Spanish fabric and yarn company.They have a particular skill at original fun designs and fabrications for kids. Their prints are original and fun, their base fabrics are gorgeous including jersey, poplin, canvas, mousseline (crinkly double gauze), and a summer weight sweat. We’ll indicate in the title what the substrate is so please make sure you’re ordering the fabric you want.

These knit prints have a beautiful hand and fun, lively prints. Katia calls this weight a “Summer Sweat” but it’s much closer to a jersey than a sweat weight and drape. We’ve been recommending it for our tee shirt workshop.
