Coral Fleece is thicker and has a higher pile than polar fleece. In laymans terms its furrier than polar fleece. Its what gives it its name (think coral poking up from the sea) and makes it perfect for blankets.

Made of 100% polyester the fleece lends itself to winter wear – quick to dry & still warm when wet.Coralfleece fabric is a very soft, decadent fabric. Its the perfect fabric for winter jackets, blankets, hats, mittens and tops.

Coral fleece is more expensive than polar fleece, and is considered a step up in quality over polar fleece.
